Important Regulations at SaBac

Individuals seeking admission are required to submit the following along-with their application form:

Four recent photographs (1” * 1” size).

Attested copy of NIC.

Attested copies of the relevant degrees, DMCs and transcripts.

Any other relevant document.

Original NOC (graduate other than P.U Lhr.)

Individuals coming from foreign universities/ colleges have to get their documents verified from the concerned embassies.

If a candidate is found having in his /her possession, while under examination, paper, book, notes, or any other material, which might possibly be of assistance in the examination, she/he will be expelled from the examination of that day and subsequent day, if any, by the Head Invigilator. The case shell be repotted to the Controller of Examination of such further action as many be deemed necessary. The examination result of such candidates shell be liable to cancellation. The candidates will be liable to be debarred from appearing at any examination of the University and from admission to any class in the University or in any of its affiliated institutions for a period not exceeding two years.

A candidate found giving or receiving assistance or copying from any paper, book, or note, or using or attempting to use these or any other unfair means, shall be expelled by the Head Invigilator from the examination of that day and subsequent days, if any. The case of such an individual shall be reported to the controller of examination for such further action as may be deemed necessary. The examination result of such an individual shall be liable to cancellation. The person will also be liable to be debarred from appearing at any examination of the University and from admission to any class in the University or in any of its affiliated institution for a period not exceeding three years.

A candidate obtaining admission to the examination on false representation made in his/her application form by false personification, or found using abusive or absence language in the answer book, shall be liable to cancellation of his/her exam result. The individual shall also be liable to be debarred from appearing at any examination of the University and from admission in any class in the University or in any of its affiliated institutions for a period not exceeding four years.

A candidate forging another person’s signature on his/her application or admission form shall be liable to cancellation of his/her examination results. The person shall also be liable to be debarred from appearing at any examination of the University and from the admission to any class in the University or in any of its affiliated institutions for a period not exceeding four years.

An individual guilty of communicating or attempting to communicate with an examiner with the objective of influencing him/her in the award of marks shall be deemed to have used unfair means and shall be liable to the same punishment mentioned above. Communication of the same nature addressed to the Registrar or the Controller of Examination or their staff shall be treated as falling in the above category and liable to the same punishment.

An individual found or reported to have used the threatening or abusive language with the invigilation staff or any other staff member present in the examination room will be liable to the punishment mentioned above.

Actions mentioned in the above two points by a relative, guardian or a friend of a candidate will be considered to be by the candidate making him/her liable to the same punishment as mentioned in the relevant Para.

In any case not covered by the foregoing regulations, the University shall take action against the concerned candidate(s) as the circumstances of the case may warrant.

The examination result of such candidates shall be withheld till such time as their cases are decided by the University.

The University reserves the right to amend the degree program, course contents, minimum credit hours requirement, admission criteria, examination procedure, evaluation criteria, or rule/regulations.
